- TIME TO CONSIDER YOUR COMPLAINT
- The store will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel with the goods complained about. The reply may be given in the same form in which the application or complaint was submitted. Remember that a refund is possible only if all the conditions required in the regulations are met.
- WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO RECEIVE YOUR MONEY BACK?
- In order for your complaint to be considered, you must send us the packaging with the product, the receipt confirming the transaction (receipt or invoice) and the completed return form within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package. After accepting the complaint or refund, the money will be refunded by bank transfer to the bank account number provided in the return form within 14 days.
